We aim to transform the complicated characteristics of the manufacturing industry and uphold its legacy with customer-oriented SaaS products that will enhance manufacturing workflows!
NEXTA is a startup company that develops and sells "Smart F" (a production management SaaS for the manufacturing industry) and promotes the establishment of manufacturing DX.
When I (President Nagahara) was at my previous job, KEYENCE, I visited around 2,000 manufacturing sites and witnessed how many had inefficient analog workflows, such as relying on handwritten hardcopies or Excel-based management and carrying out day-to-day operations based on the intuition and experience of skilled workers.
NEXTA was founded to address this common issue.

Based on these realities, we believe that increasing the productivity in the manufacturing industry will have a tremendous economic impact on Japan as a whole.
However, DX in the manufacturing industry has not progressed because it lacks people and companies to optimize its workflow and build systems.
NEXTA develops "Smart F" to be a textbook reference for the manufacturing industry, providing consulting services with system development. Using our extensive experience observing the workflow at the frontline, we provide our services with an engineer's perspective (I myself have experience as an engineer) and a deep understanding of this industry's workflow.
Our DX approach stands apart from other manufacturing companies, because we promote system implementation with individualized customization. With this, we will achieve digital innovation that will greatly impact Japan's economy.

Cloud-based SaaS using AWS as a platform.
Recently, we have been gradually converting some functions to web application development.
Q. What type of engineers work at your company? What is their job content?
We design and develop production management systems (inventory control, process control, cost control, etc.) using C# as our main language.
We also welcome people with UI/UX design experience, people who are good at SQL processing, and people who can design architecture.
Q. Do you plan on using any new technologies in the future?
AI technology and IoT with equipment.
