Company Overview / Who We Are
Our company was just established in April 2022, but in September, we completed our fundraising through major domestic VC firms, and currently have about 15 business and engineering staff (including subcontractors) working on the development of robots. CEO Kasagi started a logistics robot business at his previous company, overseeing activities from mass production to sales expansion, and introduced the robots to more than 300 companies in three years. Utilizing this know-how and network, MUSE is developing new robots for retail stores.

Our Vision / Mission
Delivering inspiration to the world with robotics.
We challenge ourselves to create completely new customer value using robotics. Various robotic products have been developed in the past to save manpower and reduce labor costs. However, when the world eventually becomes flooded with such robots, will this technology still be welcomed? Perhaps what is truly needed in society is for changes to occur among the people who use robots. MUSE aims to develop robots that draw attention to the true power of people (creativity, inspiration, kindness, and communication) by shining a light on the people who use them.
Our Services / Products
We develop autonomous mobile robots for retailers to enable the automation of shelf stocking operations, as well as effectively using in-store data collected while the robot is in motion.
Maximize the potential of workers and support sustainable and attractive store operations.
The Japanese retail industry is in the midst of a transformation due to demographic and lifestyle changes, the accelerating shift to online due to the Corona disaster, and changes in the supply chain. In this environment, we provide robots that enable store workers to work with more vitality. The robots support in-store operations and also contribute to making stores more attractive by collecting a variety of information.
