■ Development of open systems, web systems, and software Along with proposing the most suitable system to meet the client's needs, our knowledgeable and experienced staff members provide satisfactory services ranging from requirement definition and analysis to design, development, operation, and maintenance. ■ Infrastructure Network and Server Construction, Operation, and Maintenance We take care of the design, construction, operation and maintenance of system-forming networks, servers, databases, etc. ■ Web service and application development We plan and develop applications for smartphones and tablet devices such as iPhone, iPad, and Android. We also provide web services that are linked to applications on the server side. ■ System operation and maintenance We provide operation and maintenance services to ensure the stable operation of installed systems. We promptly respond to problems and carry out daily maintenance with specialized knowledge.

Q. What projects/services is your engineering team working on?

We are in charge of developing the systems requested by our clients, in a way that best meets their needs. As we have many business dealings with large-scale and local blue-chip companies, we are able to be involved in big projects that are usually relatively inaccessible, as well as projects for automobiles, consumer electronics, medical care, IT media, and more.

・Business system development: JAVA, C#.NET, VB.NET, VBA, C language system, etc. ・Web system development: JSP (JAVA), PHP, ASP (VBscript), CGI (Perl), C/C++, C#, .NET, etc. ・Web services (website creation, maintenance, etc.)

There are many companies whose business is systems development. To be honest, it is difficult to differentiate ourselves from others with just the content of our work. Then, what makes us different? In a nutshell, it is "the way we think of our colleagues". In our company, we place great importance on what each individual thinks and feels on a daily basis. Take, for example, salary statements. Recently, many companies have been sending salary statements by postal mail or e-mail, but at our company, we always hand-deliver them to our employees. The reason for this is that the conversation can start there. For the first few years after the company was established, we mainly hired experienced mid-career workers who empathized with this way of thinking. As the number of employees increased and the company's foundation stabilized, we began hiring new graduates. Now, about 1/3 of our employees started with no experience. We will provide a nurturing environment for you as well.
