Our Vision / Mission
【Corporate Philosophy】
Let's create a new " NORMAL " that excites everyone.
【Vision】 To create a world where "excitement" is as common as air.
【Mission】To create new excitement in our daily lives through innovative ideas and IT.
Our Services / Products
"airCloset" is Japan's first and one of the largest proposal-based apparel rental service specializing in daily wear for women.
The service was launched in February 2015 with our wish that all busy women can enjoy encountering new fashions.
We value the excitement of encountering new clothes, and offer personalized styling, in which a stylist will tailor the outfit to the customer's needs each time.
Furthermore, by utilizing the data accumulated in the "Styling Providing System" (patented), we deliver a more personalized experience with each visit.

Engineering Team
Q. What projects/services is your engineering team working on?
Responsible for the development of all systems being developed by airCloset
Q. What technologies are you using?
airCloset uses JavaScript (TypeScript) in over 90% of its areas, React for the web front-end, and Node.js for the back-end.
We also use React Native and Flutter for mobile app development for both iOS and Android apps
Q. What type of engineers work at your company? What is their job content?
Our engineers are responsible for the development of all systems developed by airCloset.
They are responsible for the development of small projects as assigned, or large and medium-sized projects under the supervision of a development leader.
The process is as follows: we determine the capacity to develop each month, decide on the projects to be developed against that capacity, and then decide on assignments based on the preferences of each engineer and the direction in which he/she would like to grow.
After that, the development process begins with a kick-off meeting with project stakeholders, followed by the actual development of the project.
Q. Do you plan on using any new technologies in the future?
We are always striving to do better, so we plan to incorporate any necessary technology as we go forward.
Q. If you do, please tell us the details!
Currently there is no specific one.
