    We own Uchide No Kozuchi (note: in Japanese folklore, uchide no kozuchi, lit. 'striking mallet', is a magical object that delivers happiness and other good fortune when shaken), Japan's first CRM tool especially designed for EC direct sales. We continue to expand our business with a focus on this B2C-oriented service, which is in essence a package that enables the one-stop visualisation and implementation of marketing strategies and their results, based on customer profiling and purchasing data. Our goal is to further push the growth of the CRM market through comprehensive support, and to create a society in which any business can establish its own brand thanks to CRM services. Currently, we have more than 700 client accounts and provide our service with the mission of maximizing the EC revenues of well-known companies. N.B: it is worthy of note that the CRM market is regularly cited as a market that is expected to continue to show steady growth in the future, and that in this context, our business is also in rapid expansion.

    ■Supporting the growth of BtoC businesses through CRM services ・Planning, development, and operation of our proprietary CRM service "Uchide No Kozuchi" ・CRM marketing support business ・Coordinating the "Japan Direct Marketing CRM Association"
    Q. What technologies are you using?
    Our technology stack is composed of the following. ・Development languages: PHP, Python, Java, Go, JavaScript, TypeScript, etc. ・Frameworks: Laravel, CakePHP, Django, Flask, React, Vue, etc. ・Database systems: MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redshift, Aurora, etc. ・Others: AWS, GCP, Docker, Vagrant, Swagger, GraphQL, Github, etc.
    Q. What type of engineers work at your company? What is their job content?
    ■API work Our API server is built with CakePHP, Laravel, API Gateway, etc. MySQL (AWS Aurora, RDS, etc.) is used as for data storage. API definitions are done in Swagger (OpenAPI) to reduce hours of documentation and improve development efficiency. ■Front end Built with Nuxt.js & Vue.js Github Actions for deployment and release. ■Server side Mainly built with CakePHP and Laravel. Currently, we use a different system for each microservice but we are in the process of integrating them all into Laravel. Go and Python are also used in some cases. ■Infrastructure Ansible and Terraform are used for configuration management. In addition to AWS and IaaS, managed servers are also used depending on the application. ■Monitoring Grafana, Loki, NewRelic, Kibana, Nagios, etc. Errors and alerts are picked up by chat or automatically submitted to JIRA.
