In a society with a declining population, there is much talk about using AI to improve productivity, but Japan's business environment has not yet achieved digitalization, and the prerequisites for using AI have not been met.
Our mission is to contribute to building a society in which all people working in Japan can benefit from digital transformation by doing the following two things simultaneously:
- Improving productivity and accumulating useful data through the digitization of existing operations
- Verifying and building various technologies for the creation of new digital services

- Same for cloud computing products, we carry out development of systems using services of other companies (e.g., AWS)

Many of the system development is done at the customers' premises, meaning this is a highly discretionary work.
We respect the opinions of the on-site staff when issues arise, although we share information with our managers and on-site staff in an effort to resolve them.
We also aim for our members' growth by having them take the initiative in setting their own goals as well as those for the business.
