Company Overview / Who We Are
We are an IT infrastructure company with 16 offices throughout Japan, employing approximately 2,000 full-time engineers. We provide multi-lingual services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
While providing human resource services to our customers' technical divisions, we are also developing various businesses around our IT infrastructure business to meet the needs of our customers.
Aiming to enable all IT engineers to work globally, we emphasize diversity and inclusion and hire without regard to gender, age, or nationality. We create an environment where each employee can work independently, express their values and ideas, and respect each other.
We have a mentor system, in which senior foreign nationals and English-speaking Japanese employees serve as mentors. It provides an environment allowing employees to feel free to consult with their mentors about life in Japan and their concerns outside of work.

Junior Infrastructure Engineer
You will get to know the structure of the entire infrastructure. There are many routine tasks, but mastering them will make it easier to take the next step. (Kitting, Monitoring, Primary reception, Maintenance, Troubleshooting)
Intermediate Infrastructure Engineer
Build infrastructure based on blueprints. A higher level than junior Infrastructure Engineer is required as they procure equipment and actually build connections and configurations. (Verification, Design, Construction)
Senior Infrastructure Engineer
Once you have acquired a certain level of knowledge and skills, you can further improve your skills! You will further improve your skills in security, cloud computing, and other technologies to meet your goals. (Security, Cloud, Virtualization, Consultant)
