Our customers are real estate companies. To promote the digitization of the real estate industry, which is considered more legacy than other industries, we have developed the "KimaRoom!" series, a SaaS platform specialized for the real estate industry. Since the release of "KimaRoom!Sign" in August 2017, we have received patronage from many real estate peripheral companies including major real estate companies.
We are now affiliated with Daito Kento, the dominant company in the industry in Japan, and are accelerating the movement to drive the digitalization of the real estate industry as a whole. As a company with a stable management base, we offer an environment where you can work comfortably.

This is our business mission and our purpose of existence. The reason why the real estate industry is more legacy than other industries is that there is no digital platform across players. The act of "renting" or "buying" a house is a very complex business process. Creating a platform is the only solution to improve operational efficiency in this complex commercial flow. We would like to continue to be the one who has moved the industry forward.

The electronic application and contract services we provide to real estate companies are also used by the general public who rent houses. The services we provide will not only make real estate agencies' operations more convenient, but will also update the way of renting a house for the general public.
Our Services / Products
We operate the "KimaRoom!" series, a platform for digitally resolving issues arising from the complex commercial flow of the real estate industry.
"KimaRoom!" is a cloud-based rental business support system that maximizes exposure of properties for rent and reduces the workload of rental companies by providing convenient functions such as inter-agency distribution, e-mail distribution of rental plans, and conversion of properties to portal sites (batch submission).
It is a next-generation inter-agency distribution system that replaces existing inter-agency services that aim to improve productivity by reducing the burden on leasing operations and increasing sales.

Engineering Team
Q. What projects/services is your engineering team working on?
We develop and operate SaaS platforms for proprietary products.
You will be assigned one of our five products: KimaRoom! Convert, KimaRoom! B2B, KimaRoom! CRM, KimaRoom! Sign, and KimaRoom! PM.
Q. What technologies are you using?
Programming languages are PHP and Javascript. Besides frameworks, database knowledge is also utilized.
Q. What type of engineers work at your company? What is their job content?
We have designers, product managers, backend, frontend, and system engineers.

Major technology overhaul of existing systems is scheduled. We are planning to introduce a new development scheme, and you will be able to be involved from the initial stages of selecting the technology and frameworks.
We have been using old architectures and languages, but we are planning to replace them with new technologies.
