    Company Overview / Who We Are

    batton, Inc. has a mission "Toward an era when everyone can play with their work" and 15 employees are working to realize this mission. Currently, we are focusing on DX for small and medium-sized enterprises, planning, developing, and selling our own RPA service "batton," which enables anyone to easily improve work efficiency, and "FAX Busters," which automatically formats documents in different styles using AI. We will continue to contribute to the creation of a society where anyone can streamline work easily and enjoyably, and where people can shine in the work they love.

    Our Vision / Mission

    Our mission is "Toward the era when everyone can play with their work. We are a company that operates the DX business with the mission of "Toward an age when everyone can play with their work. With the declining birthrate and aging population, there is a growing need for society to be run by the same number of people or fewer than the current number of people. We believe that "jobs that can be done by non-humans" should be replaced by AI and robots through the use of various technologies, and that people should specialize in jobs that only humans can do. By doing so, we would like to realize a world in which people do not lose their jobs to machines, but rather enjoy doing creative, high-value-added work that only people can do, and feel fulfilled by it. In addition, technology has an aspect of "difficulty". Of course, when you take on a new challenge, you need to learn and get used to it. On the other hand, we believe it is possible to make the level of difficulty as easy as possible. Using western alphabet letters and technical terms may look cool, but it makes the hurdle pointlessly high. But doesn't it make it more difficult? Making something simple difficult is very easy. What the world needs is to make difficult things easy. But this is the most difficult. We will continue to challenge ourselves to make things easy while using technology.

    Q. What type of engineers work at your company? What is their job content?
    Web Engineer: Design, development, operation and maintenance of FAX Busters and other web applications. /AI Engineer: Build models to improve OCR reading accuracy, design and build DX-AI solutions for business workflow automation / Infrastructure Engineer: Design, build, secure, CI/CD, support, maintain, and upgrade IT infrastructure for FAX Busters and other web applications. Infrastructure support, development, and maintenance.
    Q. Do you plan on using any new technologies in the future?
    In the future, the service will link order-receipt and order-receipt information with accounting systems, leading to financial proposals such as credit cards and factoring for corporate customers.

    We will take requests for the product from customers and incorporate them into a short-term product roadmap during regular development meetings, and then proceed with requirement definition, design, development, and testing. After launch, we would also like to be entrusted with the operation and maintenance of the product to investigate and resolve inquiries received from customers.
