Company Overview / Who We Are
A.D. Works started out as Aoki Dyeing Works, a dyeing company. Since then, we have developed our business in line with the times to embody our current philosophy, "change with flexibility and grace, while creating and providing original value." We were established as A.D.Works in 1995.
The ADWG Group is comprised of the following six businesses

・Small-lot real estate business
・Overseas Real Estate Business
・Property Management
・Construction and engineering business
・CVC Business
The income-producing real estate business and the small-lot real estate business, together with our property management business and construction business, constitute a value chain. This provides our clients with investment solutions using income-producing real estate, and at the same time contributes to the long-term maintenance and improvement of asset value.
In the future, we will also focus on DX promotion and the digital real estate domain, aiming to become a company that meets investment-related needs, having the real estate business as our foundation.
