AI-linked Smart Customer Tracking Service "HOTLEAD".
This service immediately responds to inquiries from prospective real estate buyers within 90 seconds, and only sends to potential customers who have confirmed appointments for real estate tours, visits to stores, etc. to our client (real estate company).
The service aims to maximize real estate sales performance by combining a system that enables optimal call timing for each customer based on predictive analysis using machine learning based on a vast amount of past customer conversation data with a highly developed operational design.
