    Q. What technologies are you using?
Our goal is to promote renewable energy and solve social problems. To achieve this, we use the following proprietary technologies: ・R&D on AI-based power generation forecasting models for renewable energy power plants ・Power coloring research that identifies wireless power ・Research on carbon sequestration in soil at solar sharing power plants The following technology stacks are primarily used in system development. Programming languages: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java Frameworks: Node.js, React, Next.js Platforms: AWS, GCP/Firebase Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB Other technologies: Stellar, Solana (blockchain) Using these technologies, we develop and provide various services such as decarbonization solutions, wellbeing solutions, ethical procurement solutions, etc.

    Q. Do you plan on using any new technologies in the future?
    Yes
    Q. If you do, please tell us the details!
At UPDATER, we are committed to developing services using cutting-edge technologies to change our daily lives for the better. Our "Visible Electricity" service, launched with the deregulation of electricity in 2016, utilizes electricity from renewable energy power plants across Japan and sells it wholesale to new regional electric power companies and supply to households and businesses. Through this service, we have promoted renewable energy. Currently, we are also actively engaged in the development of new technologies for the future, including the development of an AI-based power generation forecasting model in collaboration with the University of Tokyo, wireless power identification technology, and research into soil carbon sequestration at solar sharing power plants. These technologies are important steps toward realizing our "easy, fun, and bold" sustainability transformation (SX). Our goal is to contribute to solving social problems through a "traceable lifestyle" based on decarbonization, wellbeing, and ethical procurement. For this purpose, we plan to seize the business opportunity of the expanding renewable energy market, and will implement a series of initiatives that utilize new technologies.
