    Japanese companies are facing a declining workforce due to the falling birthrate and aging population. In the manufacturing industry, where "development capability" and "technological strength" have always been strengths, technology succession and human resource development are becoming major issues. In the IT industry, including DX and AI, it is predicted that there will be a shortage of about 800,000 workers by 2030. As a result, reskilling and other forms of training have become a key topic of interest. Although many companies are trying various different approaches, the focus is on sheet management in the old-fashioned paper and local environment. There are also many companies that can visualize the data but cannot analyze it properly, or that have a high workload for their employees. SkillNavi was created as a low-cost solution to solve the above problems, and is now expanding to both Japanese and overseas companies. SkillNavi (a skill management system) capabilities: ・Elimination of paper and local file use of skill management chart (skill map) ・Significant reduction in the work load related to skill management, and the ability to operate the system without a predecessor ・Centralization and real-time confirmation of qualifications and licenses ・Smooth response to third-party certifications such as ISO and IATF ・Visualization of training history and linking to career development ・Reproduction of complicated proprietary knowledge management methods in the cloud
