    Company Overview / Who We Are

    Headspring has been devoted to the development of cutting-edge technology in the field of power electronics by utilizing next-generation power semiconductors (SiC, GaN). By leveraging these innovative technologies, it becomes possible to downsize and enhance the performance (efficiency and bidirectionality) of products. Having undertaken over 300 commissioned developments so far, in 2019, we introduced the noteworthy bidirectional DC power supply "biATLAS" to the market. This product has been widely utilized for the development and production facilities of batteries and automotive components, achieving industry-leading miniaturization and weight reduction through proprietary design. Recently, we have commercialized battery charge-discharge systems, which are being used in various battery-related applications. We have also been focusing on the overseas expansion of automotive components, and in July 2023, we established a joint venture company "ANEVOLVE HEADSPRING Pvt LTD" with India's Anand Group. Through this joint venture, we plan to combine Japan's design technology with India's production capacity to maximize synergy between the two countries. Furthermore, to address modern challenges such as zero-energy buildings and the rapid increase in power consumption due to EV chargers, we have developed solutions to control the power of storage batteries rapidly. Based on these technologies, we are working on building next-generation power-sharing systems domestically and internationally, contributing to the efficient utilization of renewable energy and the stabilization of power demand in regional communities. At Headspring, we continue to pursue new challenges as a solution provider aiming to contribute to carbon neutrality and sustainable development goals (SDGs) through the provision of next-generation infrastructure while pursuing cutting-edge technology. As pioneers in next-generation energy technology, we are developing power electronics technology for electric vehicles (EVs) and energy storage systems. We are committed to building a sustainable energy future through the deployment of essential power converter systems and DC regenerative power supplies for EVs and renewable energy products.     Promotion of proprietary power distribution system in India ・Providing low-cost electricity measurement solutions for condominiums in India ・Analyzing consumption data to develop solar power and electricity storage related solutions *What is proprietary power distribution system? The high-speed power control technology (Real-Time Stabilizer) developed for the DC regenerative power supply (biATLAS), which supports power electronics development that requires accuracy and high-speed response (one thousandth of a second), is incorporated in the high-speed power control controller (biPYXIS). This system can be connected to a variety of next-generation infrastructure equipment to handle rapid load fluctuations (multiple EV charging systems, factory, store, and housing complex solutions, etc.)
