Q. What type of engineers work at your company? What is their job content?
The engineering teams involved in the work are as follows:

● Test Engineer
They plan effective tests according to client requirements.
Depending on their proficiency, they engage in proposal tasks (such as enhanced testing and additional proposals),
test planning, and test design. (Test execution may be outsourced to partner companies or group companies.)
● Test Automation Engineer
They specialize in test automation projects within the testing domain.
This includes consulting and some scripting to effectively utilize test automation,
as well as preparing test content suitable for automation and selecting the appropriate test scope.
● Bridge Engineer
They act as a liaison between Test Engineers, Test Automation Engineers, and AGEST Vietnam.
Their role involves assisting with document translations, attending meetings, and ensuring smooth coordination between teams to avoid any misunderstandings.
● AGEST Vietnam (Group Company)
They are responsible for test design, execution, and test automation scripting.
Their role involves executing test processes based on the provided design content,
ensuring precise and accurate operations. As AGEST Vietnam plans to expand, there will be opportunities for MGR and administrative roles.

AGEST plans to actively introduce new technologies in the future.
Currently, we are particularly focusing on the field of 'AI'. This involves research into establishing test theories for AI products,
which are expected to continue expanding, and advancing the deployment of new services utilizing AI.
Recently, under the service lineup ""AGEST AI Assist,"" we have started offering services such as ""AI Debugging,""
where AI identifies code that needs to be revised, and ""AI Technical Code Review,"" where next-generation QA engineers use AI to conduct code reviews.
Career Path
There are two career paths at AGEST: managerial and expert.
Managerial Path:
As a manager, you can advance to the role of section chief in the overseas business division, with the opportunity to aim for the position of department head within the overseas business division. Additionally, there is potential to consider a career as a manager on the home country side.
Expert Path:
In the realm of specialized professions, you can pursue a career path as a specialist engineer or QA consultant. There's also the option to work as a bridge engineer responsible for test automation, within the Japan office. Eventually, it's possible to shift your career towards becoming a QA manager who leads client proposals independently.
